TOECS Level I Lecturers Course
TOECS Level I Lecturers Course for ladies only took place in Moscow in the Russia State University for Physical Education, Sports, Youth and Tourism in the period of April 26-30, 2015. The Course was attended by 17 ladies from 15 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia., Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia (2), Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine. Ms Elena Orlova, ITO, Member of IAAF TOECS Panel Level II, and Vadim Zelichenok, Member of IAAF Technical Committee, Area ITO, were Moderators of the Course. After three types of exams, i.e., theoretical, practical and written exams, 16 out of 17 participants have acquired the necessary number of points and received an IAAF Lecturer Level I certificate in accordance with TOECS program. The following participants received the highest points: Margit Randaru (Estonia), Nadya But-Husaim (Belarus), Natalya Kafarova (Azerbaijan), Iana Bocharska (Ukraine).
