IAAF Moscow Regional Development Centre Board Meeting

    The annual Board meeting of the IAAF Moscow Regional Development Centre took place on November 5^th, 2008 года. The following Board Members were in attendance: Sergey Bubka, Chairman of the Board, Senior  IAAF Vice – President, Vladimir Rodichenko, Honorary Vice – President of the Russia Olympic Committee, Igor Ter – Ovanesian, IAAF Honorary Life Member, Svein Arne Hansen, EAA Vice - President, Vadim Zelichenok – RDC Director (ex- officio Board Member).

    The meeting was also attended by Mikhail Butov, Secretary General of the All – Russia Athletic Federation, Bill Glad, EAA Member Services Manager, Stephane Merlino, Manager, IAAF Member Services Department.

    Board considered the report submitted by Vadim Zelichenok for the period between the RDC Board meetings (November 2007 – October 2008). Board approved the report and positively evaluated the RDC activity.

    Board considered and approved Financial report for the period in question.

    Board considered the draft Plan of activities for the year 2009, which includes:

1. CECS Level I Course

2. CECS Level IV Course - Sprint & Hurdles

3. IAAF Academy Course for Chief Coaches

4. Development Strategy Seminar

5. Sport Medicine and Anti-Doping Seminar

6. TOECS Level II Course

7. Information Technology and Internet Seminar

    This draft will be approved by the IAAF Member Services Department until the end of November (including dates and Lecturers), and then it will be published on the RDC Website and sent out to the National Member Federations.
